Details 
Self-Drilling screws don't split mounting boards! Use the #8 x 2 inch to attach either:
  • A mounting board to the top-inside of a window frame if you're doing an inside mounted shade.
  • An L-Bracket to a solid wall material if doing an outside mounted shade.

The number needed for inside mounting depends upon your shade's width. My patterns help you determine the number your need for your shade's width.

Note: A single #8 x 2" self drilling screw is included with each L-Bracket Bundle.
