|
|
| Hi. I am in desperate need of help. I have a Roman shade I did not make myself which I've only had for 6 months. One of the pulley pieces that the cord goes through broke and so my shade won't go up on one side. The problem is I can not find the exact type of pulley I need online. It is the type that slides across the metal pieces that separate each section. Do you have any idea where I might be able to find one? I was recommended a website by a blind company. They told me they carry everything but of course not the piece I need! Yes, I have contacted the person who ordered the blind for me. He of course didn't make it himself and now refuses to help me. Long story but the BBB is involved at the moment. Also, the obvious, there is no company or maker name anywhere on the blind. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks so much! |

I would be happy to help you. If you would like to give me a call I can give you some websites to visit to see if the pulley you have can be replaced. _________________ Thanks,
