Hour glass shape on Austrian Blind

I just hung my 48" x 107" sheer Austrian Blind. In the closed position, the width narrows to 42" at the bottom. When I tacked the bottom hem into the correct position, it formed an hour glass shape. I have added weights at the bottom of each of the loop tapes to counter the weight of the swags in between them, but there is no change.

How do I get this to hang straight?

Austrian and balloon shades sometimes need some fussing with. You might try pulling the fabric side to side in the middle where it is not straight.
